Your computer is probably just stupid (no offense). Downloading MODs is easy. You just need the right programs for it. E.g. Adobe flash player.

halo 3 was a huge pile of shit i loved the first to but the graphics sucked every one looked ugly as hell and it always looked humid and foggy and just plain blaned the multiplayer is simple and again redundant and forge theater and the story mode are all ad ons so far.
